Arlington acquires and secures forward funding for Block A Magnetic Park, Desborough

Client(s) Arlington Securities Limited

Jones Day assisted Arlington Securities Limited with the acquisition and forward funding of land on the north east side of Harborough Road, Desborough, for Goodman Desborough (Jersey) Limited. The development of the 500,000-square-foot logistics warehouse known as Block A Magnetic Park, Desborough, has been completed and is fully let to Great Bear Distribution Limited.
