Tremco successfully contests Veteran Affairs contract award decision

Jones Day successfully represented Tremco Incorporated in its protest to the General Accountability Office (GAO) regarding a Department of Veterans' Affairs (VA) award decision resulting from a GSA schedule-restricted solicitation. As a result of the protest, the VA took corrective action and withdrew the contested award.
