The Mexico City Office seeks Mexico-trained law students with excellent academic records and strong English proficiency for positions as law clerks. MEXICO CITY Specialist, Office Support - Information Technology (IT)
Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Information Technology (IT) Support (Office) Specialist, in collaboration with the Firm IT Department, supports the technological needs of the Mexico City Office. The Specialist provides support for personal computers and peripherals, including but not limited to troubleshooting of defective or inoperable components, diagnosis and eventual replacement of defective components and assistance of end-users in the proper use of hardware and software. The Specialist is responsible for the assembly, optimization and placement of personal computers, printers and other computer-related equipment. The Specialist is responsible for the entry and maintenance of records in the appropriate Firm IT system(s) used to track technology assets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in computer-related field.
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment preferred.
- Able to fluently speak, write, and read English; bilingual fluency is highly preferred.
