Jones Day provided advice to Morgenthaler Partners VII, L.P., Parthenon Investors, L.P. and rePipe Holdings, Inc., a company involved in the water, sewer, pipeline, communications, and power line construction industry, in their sale of certain subsidiaries of rePipe Holdings, Inc. to affiliates of Inland Management, Inc., a portfolio company of Strength Capital Partners.
