ING Belgium and KBC Bank provide senior facilities for Smile Invest-backed acquisition of Varel Security Group

Jones Day acted as Belgian law counsel to ING Belgium NV/SA and KBC Bank NV, as mandated lead arrangers, original lenders, and original hedge counterparties, in connection with a senior facilities agreement for the financing of the acquisition by Varel Security Holding NV of 100% of the shares in Varel Security Group BV, together with related refinancing, acquisition/capex, and working capital facilities.
