Jones Day advised Ares Real Estate funds in the acquisition of Stop Shop San Fior, a 27,000 square-meter retail park in Veneto, Italy, and Stop Shop Terminal Nord, a retail park in Friuli Venezia-Giulia, from CPI Europe AG, marking their complete exit from the Italian retail park market.
