Jones Day represented Olive Aero Holdco, S.L.U., as borrower, in connection with a financing agreement with CaixaBank, S.A., as lender, mandated lead arranger, sole bookrunner, and agent, and Henko Capital Partners SGEIC, S.A. as sponsor, to fund, among other purposes, the acquisition of the operating companies of the Aerotecnic Group, (the "Target").
