BNP Paribas and Natixis complete €75.4 million rights offering by Soitec

Jones Day advised BNP Paribas and Natixis in connection with the €75.4 million (US$85.6 million) rights offering by Soitec, a world leader in designing and manufacturing innovative semiconductor materials. The rights offering, combined with a capital increase reserved for the benefit of core shareholders and investors, is part of a recapitalization plan for a total amount of €151.9 million. Jones Day also advised BNP Paribas and Natixis in the simultaneous repurchase of Soitec's outstanding convertible bonds for an amount of approximately €62 million.
