Jones Day represented NACCO Industries, Inc. in connection with the acquisition by its wholly owned subsidiary Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc., a leading designer, marketer, and distributor of small electric household appliances and commercial products, of Weston Products, LLC, a developer, marketer, and distributor of specialty food processing products and accessories, from Highgate Capital, LLC.
