Kris Shen's practice focuses on cross-border M&A, investment and financing, foreign direct investments (FDIs), corporate matters, and other commercial transactions. Kris has provided legal services to clients in emerging industries, including automotive, food manufacturing, biopharmaceuticals, and health care. She also has advised foreign investors in setting up wholly foreign-owned enterprises (WFOEs) and joint ventures in China and provided legal services on general corporate issues relating to the formation and labor and employment of projects.

In addition, Kris has conducted internal investigations for multinational corporations to address potential Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations in Asia, tackling issues such as bribery, embezzlement, and conflicts-of-interest.

Kris is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
