Lindsy Maglich advises public and private companies and private equity sponsors on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions. She counsels clients throughout the transaction life cycle, from evaluating and structuring potential transactions through due diligence, negotiation, signing, and closing. Lindsy also advises clients on corporate governance and other commercial matters arising in connection with their businesses and strategic objectives.

Lindsy has experience advising clients on domestic and international transactions across a range of industries, including software and technology, aviation, manufacturing, consumer products, industrials, and life sciences. Her recent experience includes representing Wabtec Corporation on its $1.78 billion acquisition of Evident's inspection technologies division and its $960 million acquisition of Dellner Couplers, advising TriMas Corporation on the $1.45 billion sale of its Aerospace segment, and advising Verint Systems on its approximately $2 billion take-private transaction with Thoma Bravo.

Lindsy's other transaction experience includes advising Kraken on its $1.5 billion acquisition of NinjaTrader, Napster on its $500 million acquisition of Touchcast, Signature Aviation on its acquisition of Meridian, and Sonepar on the acquisition of Billows Electric Supply. She has also advised clients on strategic divestitures and other transactions involving technology businesses, manufacturing operations, consumer products, and other complex assets.

In addition to her transactional practice, Lindsy works with clients on corporate governance and commercial matters, providing practical advice tailored to their business objectives and helping clients navigate the legal and strategic considerations that arise in connection with significant corporate decisions.

Lindsy has worked pro bono for Her Justice and KIND (Kids in Need of Defense).
