Kate Zeng litigates complex cases with a focus on antitrust and unfair competition, class actions, product liability, and commercial disputes. She has represented companies in many industries, including the technology, education, health care, consumer products, nonprofit, and energy sectors. She has a broad range of experience in all aspects of litigation, including large-scale discovery, motion practice, working with experts and consultants, and trial.

Some of Kate's recent matters involve defending a health care client against multiple lawsuits alleging unfair competition claims, the successful dismissal of a lawsuit against a large energy company, and representing two technology companies in an antitrust class action. Kate also spent a year in Jones Day's Shanghai Office, where she worked extensively on internal investigations, antitrust, international litigation, and Federal Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) matters.

Kate maintains an active pro bono practice. Most recently, she helped an unaccompanied minor obtain Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. She also has represented pro bono clients in unlawful detainer, conservatorship, and domestic violence matters.
