Ming-Yee Lin advises Japan-based and global clients on cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. She handles outbound and inbound matters, coordinating large international teams and aligning legal strategy across jurisdictions.

She has represented clients across many industries, including renewable energy, life sciences, food and agriculture, automotive, and technology. In the life sciences sector, she has assisted clients with market entry, international co-development, licensing, and other commercial arrangements.

Ming-Yee began her legal career at an international law firm in California, where she advised clients on real estate financings, property acquisitions, and mergers.
