Jones Day advised Inside Secure, a leader in semiconductor solutions for secure transactions and digital identity, in connection with its issuance of Series D Convertible Preferred Stock in a private placement to existing and new investors, lead by Sofinnova Partners and GIMV, to finance the acquisition of the secure microcontrollers solutions business of Atmel Corporation.
