Jones Day partner Koree Wooley named to The Recorder's 2026 California Legal Awards "Lawyers on the Fast Track" list

Koree Wooley, a partner in the San Diego office, has been named to The Recorder's 2026 California Legal Awards "Lawyers on the Fast Track" list, which celebrates the next generation of legal leaders, in the Labor & Employment category. 

Ms. Wooley has significant experience in complex employment matters, including deep expertise representing employers governed by the Railway Labor Act in state and federal proceedings. Her recent achievements include securing a preliminary injunction barring a pilot union strike just minutes before it was set to begin; obtaining a first-of-its-kind summary judgment ruling in favor of an airline facing a challenge to its unique compensation practices; and regularly achieving exceptional results in high stakes wage-and-hour class and PAGA actions for a broad spectrum of employers. 

In addition to her client work, Ms. Wooley is the hiring partner for Jones Day's San Diego office.
