Jones Day recognized for gender parity in 2022 new partner class

Jones Day was among the U.S. law firms recognized by the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance for having 50% or more women in their 2022 U.S.-based new partner class. The firms, recognized for "Tipping the Scales," were identified in the Alliance's New Partner Report, a compilation of public information and data released each year. This is the third year that the Firm has been recognized in the "Tipping the Scales" list.

The Firm's 2022 Partner Class, announced on December 17, 2021, included 18 women lawyers, and represented 17 Firm practices and 22 offices overall.

The Diversity & Flexibility Alliance is a Washington-based think tank that collaborates with organizations to develop non-stigmatized flexible work policies that promote inclusive work cultures and help to advance more women into leadership positions.
