Madison Way represents clients in complex civil litigation in federal and state courts, including commercial disputes, mass torts, litigation under the Anti‑Terrorism Act (ATA), and matters arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Madison has experience across all phases of litigation, from structuring and managing discovery, conducting witness interviews, developing the factual record, and taking and defending depositions to negotiating settlements, participating in mediations, and presenting oral arguments and appeals.
Madison has successfully argued and obtained summary judgment in federal court and has taken and defended numerous fact and expert depositions in complex civil matters.
Madison maintains an active pro bono practice, guiding survivors of human trafficking through the vacatur process, representing asylum seekers through the Firm's Border Project, and educating local high school students on contemporary issues in constitutional law.
While in law school, Madison served as a faculty research assistant and a legal research and writing advisor.
