Andrew Teal practices corporate law, with a focus on M&A and emerging growth companies. He advises public and private companies and private equity firms in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions. His recent representations include PCI Energy Solutions in its $1.4 billion sale to Mitsubishi Electric and transactions involving The Stephens Group and Southern Company. Andrew has experience across a broad range of industries, with particular experience in technology, life sciences, and energy.

Andrew also regularly advises start-ups and emerging growth companies on corporate matters throughout their life cycle, including formation, corporate governance, equity issuances, venture and growth financings, strategic investments, and M&A. His practice is primarily company-side, and he works closely with founders and management teams as companies raise capital, grow their businesses, and pursue strategic transactions. He also has experience representing venture capital and other investors in financing transactions.
