Ten Stallings is a strategic, goals-driven litigator who defends employers against claims arising under federal, state, and local labor and employment laws. She also partners with companies to mitigate and manage risks by streamlining and implementing policies in the workplace.
Clients recognize Ten for her communications skills and sensitivity to their business goals. She assists clients with a range of employment issues including counseling on and defending employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage/hour, and restrictive covenant matters. Ten works with companies to proactively avoid litigation by conducting investigations and compliance audits, restructuring and developing employment policies and practices, and negotiating employment issues that may arise in a transactional setting.
She has also presented and written articles on issues related to employment concerns arising from the ever-evolving work-from-home climate, emerging state legislation, and employment immigration issues. Prior to practicing law, Ten served as president of the Honor Council at her alma matter, the University of Miami School of Law. In her spare time, Ten enjoys experiential learning of new cultures through travel.
