Mitchell Ralph represents and advises employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including complex class actions and individual actions arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), and the Illinois Genetic Information Privacy Act (GIPA). Mitchell has experience at all stages of civil litigation, including discovery management and dispositive motion practice. Mitchell also advises clients on employment policies, legal compliance, and prelitigation responses to employee complaints. In addition to his employment litigation practice, Mitchell has represented corporate clients in commercial litigation matters, including cases involving fraud, defamation, and claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Prior to joining Jones Day, Mitchell served as a law clerk for Judge David C. Godbey on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
