Jareli Reynoso Gutierrez is an intellectual property transactions lawyer representing a wide range of industries, including technology, health care, data, energy, education, and automotive. She focuses her practice on strategic alliance counseling, intellectual property licensing and commercialization agreements, joint ventures, joint development agreements, and advising on intellectual property issues that arise in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
