Justin Martin represents and advises employers in a diverse variety of complex labor management relations issues and employment litigation matters. Justin has significant experience with labor relations involving union organizing, representation proceedings, collective bargaining, and litigating some of the largest, highest-profile matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). He also has extensive experience defending class and collective action wage and hour litigation and employment discrimination claims and maintains a robust practice counseling clients regarding all employment compliance matters.
Justin's practice spans employers in the manufacturing, health care, financial services, technology, and restaurant industries, among others. He has experience with federal, state, and local labor and employment statutes, including the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state wage and hour statutes, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and various state and local laws.
Justin also maintains an active pro bono practice by counseling nonprofit organizations on labor management issues and employment practices.
