Hatziri Minaudier advises French and international clients on a broad range of information technology, cybersecurity, software, AI (artificial intelligence), and data protection issues. She is well-versed in negotiating complex IT (information technology) contracts and managing sourcing and outsourcing projects, with a particular focus on compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and other cybersecurity requirements applicable to the financial and banking sectors.

She has extensive experience assisting companies with the legal aspects of launching and expanding their online operations in France, whether through in-app platforms or desktop environments, and with data protection compliance programs, particularly in relation to international data transfers, clinical trials and whistleblowing programs, as well as e-commerce and cybersecurity matters.

Leveraging her strong intellectual property background, Hatziri also supports clients in securing and protecting intellectual property rights in the context of large-scale IT outsourcing and sourcing projects, ensuring their strategic assets are safeguarded throughout the project life cycle.
