Jon also has experience defending employers in statewide and nationwide class and collective actions under wage-hour laws; has secured repeated victories for clients facing single or multiplaintiff claims of discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation; and has defended employers faced with high-stakes investigations and proceedings before federal administrative agencies, including the EEOC, the United States Department of Labor's Wage Hour Division, the Veterans' Employment & Training Service, and the National Labor Relations Board. Jon also has experience defending employers in trade secret and noncompete matters and claims under USERRA.
Jon is actively involved in the Chicago community.
