Kalina Kazmierczak represents health care and life sciences clients in regulatory and compliance matters and litigation disputes.
Kalina's experience includes supporting health care providers and systems on a broad range of regulatory compliance matters, including graduate medical education, payment and reimbursement models, and licensing and operational considerations. She also supports health care clients on corporate governance and operational matters, including executive compensation.
Kalina maintains an active pro bono practice, including through involvement in the Firm's Border Project.
