María Conejero focuses her practice on real estate law. She has experience advising domestic and international real estate companies, investment funds on a variety of transactions ranging from sale and purchase and financing of real estate assets, and the establishment of joint ventures operations. She also has experience advising on due diligence processes, negotiating agreements, and the closing of real estate transactions.
María has worked on multiple projects involving all types of real estate assets, such as shopping centers, logistics warehouses, hotels, hospitality, and residential properties. She has recently advised listed companies and several investment funds on the acquisition of different real estate assets in Spain and has worked closely with clients in the acquisition of assets to transform the use of the assets to lodging, flex living, co-living, senior living, and student housing.
In addition, María has managed lease agreements, sale and leaseback transactions, and real estate project financing.
