Keeton Christian's practice focuses on data privacy, cybersecurity, and internal investigations. She advises clients on data privacy and cybersecurity, such as counseling on compliance obligations, commercial agreements, due diligence in corporate transactions, and other issues. Keeton handles cybersecurity incidents, including advising clients on forensic investigations, notification and other legal obligations, and related regulatory investigations.
Keeton also has experience advising companies across industry sectors, including energy, critical manufacturing, and technology, on cyber governance, incident preparedness, and vulnerability management.
Keeton has an active pro bono practice. Through the Firm's Border Project, she represents women seeking asylum after facing persecution in their home countries. Keeton participates in the Pro Se Pro Bono ADR Program in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, where she has advised a pro se litigant for purposes of alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to law school, Keeton served as a Peace Corps volunteer and worked as an international educator.
