Corinne Ball has 40 years of business finance and restructuring experience, focusing on complex business reorganizations and acquisitions from distressed companies, both in and out of court resolutions, including matters involving multijurisdictional enterprises. Her success is noted by many, including Chambers (Band 1/"Senior Statesperson").

Corinne's innovation yielded success for the Diocese of Rockville Centre, its 135 parishes, and its 6 solvent third-party insurers, achieving a global resolution with hundreds of sex abuse claimants, relying on prepackaged bankruptcy cases to garner releases post-Purdue. Corinne charted the course for Oncor, among the largest transmission and distribution utilities in the country, through Energy Future Holdings' (EFH) bankruptcy auction of its 80% equity interest in Oncor, gaining the benefit of a ring-fencing regulatory order enhancing Oncor's investment profile while protecting against the financial and other activities of its new equity holder. During the pandemic, Corinne counseled companies through government restrictions and programs, notably for not-for-profits and senior housing operators. Other notable successes include the reorganizations of the City of Detroit, Chrysler, Metaldyne, US Manufacturing, Dana, Kaiser, the Williams Companies, FGIC, and Oi and counseling Continental Airlines as well as lenders in municipal infrastructure investments in Houston Sports Authority, Jefferson Country, National Portuguese Railway, and Loy Yang B. (Victoria Australia), among others. Corinne worked on rescue investing for WL Ross, building International Steel Group, International Coal Group, International Automobile Corp, as well as rescue investing as in Northern Trust, each advancing her prior experiences representing the City of New York, Drexel Burnham, McLouth Steel, Allegheny Steel, among others.
