Ben Butin represents and advises employers on a wide range of labor management and employment litigation matters. He has experience conducting internal investigations into employee complaints and representing employers in litigation, arbitration, and proceedings before administrative agencies. He also counsels clients on various employment issues, including employment agreements, litigation avoidance, human resources policies, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Ben has represented clients across a wide range of industries, including health care, finance, technology, and transportation. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, counseling asylum seekers at the Laredo, Texas detention facility as they navigate the United States immigration process.
