Anna Burbank's practice focuses on representing policyholders in pursuing insurance claims across a variety of industries, from prelitigation counseling through active litigation.
Anna has experience in numerous aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and appeals in California courts. Her practice also includes advising clients on insurance notice and recovery strategies in connection with large-scale, multiclaim matters and assisting policyholders in evaluating complex insurance programs to maximize recoveries.
Anna maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing asylum seekers in immigration proceedings under the Firm's Border Project.
Prior to attending law school, Anna worked as a data analyst and as an associate client manager at The Nielsen Company.
