Caitlin Dunnett represents clients in complex arbitration proceedings and civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. Her pretrial litigation experience includes fact investigation, drafting pleadings, motions practice, and general discovery matters.
Caitlin maintains an active pro bono practice, furthering the Firm's Human Trafficking Expungement Initiative by working with victims of human trafficking to obtain expungement of their criminal records. She also participates in the Border Project, a Firmwide pro bono initiative to provide asylum-seekers with access to the rule of law.
