Jones Day successfully represented a former appointed official in connection with a City of Chicago Office of Inspector investigation into allegations of fiduciary duty failures and purported conflicts of interest tied to the official's business dealings with the City. Following the completion of the investigation, the Inspector General declined to seek a probable cause finding from the City of Chicago Board of Ethics.
