Brunswick defends against patent infringement claims before ITC involving lithium battery technology

Client(s) Navico Group Americas LLC

Jones Day defended Navico Group Americas LLC ("Navico"), a division of Brunswick Corporation, against patent infringement allegations brought by LithiumHub, LLC at the International Trade Commission (ITC). In the Section 337 investigation, LithiumHub alleged that Navico's lithium-ion batteries infringed two LithiumHub patents. The parties resolved their dispute.
