Jones Day represented PolyOne Corporation, a premier global provider of specialized polymer materials, services, and solutions, and its subsidiaries in a $100 million increase to the term B-1 commitments under its credit agreement, dated November 12, 2015, by and among the PolyOne Corporation, the financial institutions party thereto and Citibank, N.A., as administrative agent and collateral agent.
