Jones Day represented PolyOne Corporation, a premier global provider of specialized polymer materials, services, and solution, in connection with its cash tender offer to purchase any and all of its outstanding 7.375% Senior Notes due 2020 for up to $316.5 million. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. served as dealer manager in connection with the offer to purchase and consent solicitation.
