Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with its sale of GreenLine Foods, Inc., a provider of fresh-trimmed green beans, to Apio, Inc., a producer of fresh-cut specialty packaged vegetables and a wholly owned subsidiary of Landec Corporation.
