Jones Day represented one the largest health care institutions in the country in connection with an audit of their wage and hour policies and practices. We reviewed the institution's written policies and practices, interviewed individuals in timekeeping and payroll roles, reviewed their employee classifications, and analyzed the effectiveness of the wage and hour procedures in place.
