Lauri Sawyer named among "Notable Women in Law" by Crain's New York Business

Jones Day is pleased to announce that Lauri Sawyer has been selected for Crain's New York Business' 2026 "Notable Women in Law" list, which honors the top women in law in New York for their professional excellence, leadership, and impact in the profession and their community.

She is also deeply committed to pro bono service, facilitating opportunities for hundreds of volunteers annually and recently coordinating a clinic in New York for survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence that mobilized 145 volunteers and 15 local organizations to assist 50 survivors.

Jones Day is a global law firm with 2,500 lawyers in 40 offices across five continents. The Firm is distinguished by: a singular tradition of client service; the mutual commitment to, and the seamless collaboration of, a true partnership; formidable legal talent across multiple disciplines and jurisdictions; and shared professional values that focus on client needs.
