Mike Trajkovich represents financial institutions, private equity sponsors, direct lenders, credit funds, and corporate borrowers on complex financing transactions across the full spectrum of public and private credit. He has deep experience in leveraged finance and sophisticated syndicated and club deals, with a practice that encompasses secured and unsecured credit facilities, cross‑border and multicurrency loans, acquisition financings, asset‑based lending facilities, subscription lines, and NAV (net asset value) facilities.

Mike regularly counsels clients on intercreditor and subordination arrangements, fund finance structures, collateral and guaranty packages, and distressed credit matters, including workouts, restructurings, debtor‑in‑possession financings, and exit financings.

Mike also practiced in Silicon Valley where he represented high-growth companies and lenders in venture debt and growth capital transactions involving senior and subordinated facilities, convertible notes, and other bespoke liquidity solutions tailored to emerging company needs.

In addition to his finance practice, Mike advises on corporate governance and general corporate matters. His experience spans a broad range of industries, including technology, retail, manufacturing, transportation, energy, agriculture, oil and gas, health care, real estate, and hospitality and gaming.
