Madeleine Nagle represents clients in complex civil litigation, including claims involving trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, and breach of fiduciary duties. Her recent work includes representing a national pharmacy in nationwide litigation relating to opioid dispensing and distribution practices.
Madeleine maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing an individual in immigration proceedings and preparing applications for asylum through Jones Day's Border Project. She is also a member of the Louis M. Welsh Inn of Court.
