Wyatt Cook-Revell advises clients on all aspects of employment, industrial relations, discrimination, and work health and safety law. He acts for clients across a range of industries, with particular experience in the building and construction, energy and resources, professional sports, and transport sectors.

Wyatt has acted for clients in employment and regulatory matters before the Federal Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Fair Work Commission, and various state courts and tribunals. He regularly advises on enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, termination claims, discrimination complaints, and workforce restructuring. Wyatt also assists clients with regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, including those involving the Fair Work Ombudsman and safety regulators such as Resources Safety and Health Queensland.

In addition to his legal practice, Wyatt is a sessional academic at Queensland University of Technology, where he has taught constitutional law, statutory interpretation, and contemporary law and justice. He is a member of Legal Aid Queensland's First Nations Advisory Committee and is actively involved in the Indigenous Lawyers Association of Queensland.
