Cole Campbell represents and advises clients facing complex legal and regulatory challenges.
Cole frequently handles litigation involving federal regulatory agencies and has experience with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act; the Federal Trade Commission Act; the Anti-Terrorism Act; and the No Surprises Act.
He maintains a robust pro bono practice that includes assisting the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic at the West Virginia University College of Law.
Before joining Jones Day in 2023, Cole served as a law clerk to Judge Timothy M. Tymkovich on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
