Chris Chorzepa's practice focuses on antitrust matters, including government investigations, merger review, litigation, and counseling. He has helped clients navigate through all stages of merger reviews, private plaintiff and government litigations, and internal and government investigations. He represents clients in a broad range of industries, including media, telecommunications, retail, agriculture, manufacturing, and consumer products.
Chris is also experienced in commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, conducting motion practice, and negotiating and finalizing settlements.
Chris is currently a Young Lawyer Representative on the ABA Section of Antitrust Law, Media and Technology Committee. He also maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients seeking asylum in the United States and clients seeking to set aside convictions. Most recently, he successfully helped to obtain asylum for a Salvadoran client at trial.
