Abby Attaway focuses her practice on business and tort litigation in state and federal courts. Her experience includes representing clients in complex disputes related to breach of contract, shareholder and securities litigation, and antitrust private litigation.
Abby maintains an active pro bono practice. As part of the Firm's Post-Conviction Relief Initiative for Survivors of Human Trafficking, she assists clients seeking to obtain vacaturs for criminal convictions that directly resulted from their human trafficking experiences. She also assists clients with pardon applications through the Georgia Justice Project.
