Jones Day represented Progressive Plastics, Inc., a manufacturer of plastic bottles and other blow molded products, and its affiliated entities including Progressive Sales Company, Emery Properties, Inc., and West 150th Properties, Inc., in connection with the sale of substantially all of its assets to Irving Place Capital as part of the Alpha Packaging platform.
