Olympique Lyonnais completes debt renegotiation in connection with the Eagle Football Group acquisition by Michele Kang

Client(s) Pristine SAS

Jones Day advised Pristine SAS, as management company of the fonds commun de titrisation (SPV) "FCT OL StadCo", which extended €320 million in asset backed financing to football club Olympique Lyonnais SASU ("OL SASU") in 2023, in connection with the renegotiation of such debt. The debt renegotiation was carried out as part of the wider acquisition of Eagle Football Group S.A., OL SASU's parent company, by Michele Kang acting through her acquisition vehicle Olympe Bidco SAS.
