Jones Day represented Enable Mississippi River Transmission, LLC (MRT) in a Natural Gas Act Section 4 general rate case before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The matter was set for hearing, but was subsequently resolved through a FERC-approved comprehensive settlement of all issues.
