Frontier Communications issues $250 million of 7.125% Senior Notes

Jones Day advised Frontier Communications Corporation, one of the nation's largest independent providers of telecommunications services, in connection with its issuance of $250 million of 7.125% Senior Notes due 2023, underwritten by Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC. The Notes are an additional issuance and form a single series with Frontier's issuance of $600 million of 7.125% Senior Notes due 2023, which were issued on August 15, 2012.
