Jones Day represented Bayer in the prosecution of an interpleader action against a contractor and its subcontractors related to competing claims against statutory retention held by Bayer. The claims arose out of a lump sum contract for a rail terminal facility for which the contractor retained certain of its subcontractors on a time and material basis.
