Francesca Ravallese represents domestic and international clients in connection with M&A, private equity, and venture capital cross-border transactions.
Francesca focuses on assisting public and private corporate clients, financial investors, and emerging growth companies in investment, divestment and acquisition transactions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and venture capital transactions, including seed, early-stage, and growth-stage funding rounds.
Francesca also is experienced in commercial, corporate, and real estate matters and has gained knowledge of the manufacturing and industrial products industries, the aerospace and defense sector, and the technology and innovation ecosystem, advising clients on formation, governance, and portfolio company matters.
In addition, she advises on tender offers and equity capital markets matters involving companies listed on the Milan Stock Exchange.
